We encourage you to communicate frequently with your child's teacher about happenings in the classroom, as well as to notify of upcoming absences or issues that may arise around learning.
Formal opportunities to communicate occur each term; Parent-Teacher Interviews are scheduled to occur in first and third terms (usually in Week Nine), and Report Cards are delivered via email in terms two and four (unless otherwise notified). You can request an interview with your child's teacher at any time, and appointments can be made with teachers directly by negotiation.
All teachers at our school engage with their departmental email account daily, and as such this is the best method of contact for any formal communication. Email addresses for each of our classroom teachers can be found in the list below. Many of our teachers also engage with parents via ClassDojo, an online messaging service that links parents with teachers directly.
