Logan Village State School welcomes volunteers to help in many environments around the school. Our volunteer army includes parents, carers, community members, and even parties from external organisations.
All year levels in the school welcome volunteers to help both in and out of the classroom environment. If you are interested in volunteering with us, it is important to complete our induction process before you enter classrooms so everyone is aware of appropriate practices within our school grounds. Inductions are run on the second Friday of each term, usually beginning at 9am, and take approximately one hour to complete.
If you are interested in volunteering time in class, feel free to express an interest to the office today and we will get in touch to let you know when our next induction session will be run.
We would appreciate knowing if you have completed your induction, and what dates and times you are available to offer services. We also accept volunteers in other areas of the school as well - especially in our Tuckshop!
