Individual teachers set homework according to the school policy. This policy will be explained at the Meet the Teacher session held within the first few weeks of the new year.
It is acknowledged that teachers and parents hold strong views about homework, with as many who believe in homework as those who don't. The school has a minimum requirement of daily reading, spelling and number facts as homework, with additional according to the needs of the student and the belief of the teacher.
